I Find the staff at this organisation very Helpful when NDIS mucked up with my funds for my seeing eye dog they did there best to resolve the issue with the help of my Support coordinator. Both me and my wife is using this organisation.

We have been happy with MOIRA and how they have helped us and our son with an intellectual disability. We are nervous about how things will change with NDIS.

I am incredibly disappointed with Moira as a Financial Intermediary for the NDIS. I had a terrible yr for my 1st plan. Payments to my services were always overdue. I had to cease service with 1 provider as they were not paid. Whilst they might be very good in other areas, as far as just financial assistance they have bitten off more than they can chew. Very unhappy at the levels of stress they caused me in my first plan. BEWARE

We signed a service agreement with MOIRA when our first NDIS plan was approved for financial intermediary unfortunately the organization was unprofessional. They weren't paying our services providers potentially risking cutting our sons services. Eventually we had to contact Victorian Disability Commission which helped for a while but they still couldn't sort things out. We are now with a new organization. Would not recommend Moira to anyone.

Using Moira for about 3 years with NDIS plan and they've been great. I've had no major issues. They've been very informative and let me review payments and confirm that I'm happy to pay before they go ahead with anything. Their customer service was incredible - they've answered any enquiries I've had and it was quick to get started with them.
