Movement 101

Have seen Katelyn here for multiple issues and each time it is always a delight! They’re incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely care about your recovery. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great physio!

I enjoy the reformer and mat Pilates classes. Instructors Erin and Joyce are both excellent. They have both been very approachable and patient to me as someone new to Pilates. They have a range of classes over the week so there are lots of options to attend around other commitments. Only complaint is it’s pretty hot in the studios.

Saw Anne for an old issue that disappeared and came back after several years, that I had never had an answer or diagnosis for. Within 20 minutes she had found the cause of the problem that I had no answer to for years, and absolutely humbled me with the rehab movement to correct it. Excellent physio 100% recommend. Also got a free ab workout from all the laughing too.

Jacinta’s professionalism and friendly nature have been greatly appreciated along my journey of treatment for a lower back injury. I was an anxious patient but Jacinta’s patience an empathetic approach along with the treatment certainly has helped in speeding up my recovery. She has taken excellent care of me and I highly recommend her services should you need a physiotherapist. I found 101 Movement Wolli Creek a very pleasant, modern, extremely clean and friendly establishment to visit. Above all very professional and caring. Thank you very much Jacinta

Elizabeth is a complete delight and has done an absolutely wonderful job of helping me to reduce pain and improve function over a short timeframe. The whole team work collaboratively to help get the best outcomes for their clients. Thoroughly recommended and appreciated!
