Google MapsI enjoy the reformer and mat Pilates classes. Instructors Erin and Joyce are both excellent. They have both been very approachable and patient to me as someone new to Pilates. They have a range of classes over the week so there are lots of options to attend around other commitments. Only complaint is it’s pretty hot in the studios.

Google MapsSaw Anne for an old issue that disappeared and came back after several years, that I had never had an answer or diagnosis for. Within 20 minutes she had found the cause of the problem that I had no answer to for years, and absolutely humbled me with the rehab movement to correct it. Excellent physio 100% recommend. Also got a free ab workout from all the laughing too.
