Absolutely disgusted with the care my grandfather received. I would give 0 stars if I could. Not sure why this place is rated 4.5 starts. Would never even send my worse enemy here. Please don’t send your loved ones here.

I tried to call the facility to express an inquiry and I have followed the option as the automatic voice said. I was put in contact with the manager which is the rudest person I have ever talked to. She didn’t even listened on what I had to say and she just hung up on me! Disgusted! Can’t imagine how she would deal with elderly people! DO NOT send your beloved there!!!! I would give 0 stars if I could!

Hope Aged Care has a beautiful staff. Very caring and kind staff. The food is changing. My room is neat and clean.

Lovely feedback this week from a lady who was touring the site with and for her Dad. “I left Dad with the receptionist while I parked my car. Upon my return and to my surprise, there were two residents talking to Dad. All smiling and chatting! As we walked through the facility everyone from residents to staff said hello and some came up to introduce themselves to Dad. We hadn’t experienced anything like this anywhere before. Dad left with a smile on his face’ Thank you
