After speaking and dealing with Sam who provided an easy to follow and done from home strength program and sprinting protocol, I was able to play my first full season of sport totally injury and worry free. Alistair is a highly skilled and empathic Exercise Physiologist. He listens carefully and offers clear explanations of the exercises and how they will benefit.
