I started at Biomechanics Port Melbourne after being diagnosed with osteopenia and also suffering from lower back pain. I am now doing things I couldn’t imagine doing 12 months ago and feel so much stronger and more confident in my body. My exercise physiologist, Alistair, is very professional has been a constant source of encouragement and motivates me every step along the way. I highly recommend Biomechanics.

Samuel’s advice, expertise, and encouragement has been instrumental to me seeing clear results in my marathon training. I’ve been running stronger, faster, and more easily by adopting simple changes advised by Samuel. He’s also been great for making me feel more positive about what I can achieve. I ran the easiest and fastest 32km outside of race conditions the other day. I have also really valued Samuel’s knowledge on the wider research on training, running fuel needs, and strength training. Thank you Samuel.

I have been going to Biomechanics for 3 years since they started in Port Melbourne and I can only give them 5 stars. Sam Padarcic is my therapist - he works you hard but is a very person-centred and compassionate professional. I love my sessions, not only for the physical strength I am gaining but also for my emotional well-being. I can't recommend the team enough. Thanks Biomechanics.

It was a great experience having Alister MacInnes help me work through my back issues. He knows the anatomy well and set me ion a course of simple exercises and steps to do at home. It has been a very worthwhile experience for me and would highly recommend a visit for anyone who might have an issue. I am so impressed with this young man and what he has done for me.

Alister is fantastic. He paid close attention and made me feel at ease during our sessions (it was my first time going to the physio and I was a little nervous). My pain has improved since doing the exercises and I feel much more optimistic now!
