I have had an incredibly positive experience with Alistair and the team at The Biomechanics. People with chronic pain/illness know that seeking new support and telling your story can be quite traumatic. I really appreciated Alistair's empathy and validation when getting to know my history and goals for our work together. The space is very open and friendly, and there's a great range of service support available. I'm really happy with my home program and have appreciated that the treatment approach has been set on my terms and in response to my needs. Very grateful to the team.

Jacinta is amazing. Been to see her for three separate issues and each time it's been a fantastic result. She has a great approach to addressing the issues and only suggests follow ups when they are needed not just to get more appointments. 5 stars isn't high enough. It's also a rarity to find someone like Jacinta who takes the time to reach out via email just to check in and see how your training plans are going.

Luke is an exceptional Exercise Physiologist who has been a game-changer in my journey with long-term chronic pain. After years of struggling with a hip injury and consulting multiple healthcare professionals, including three pain specialists, Luke was the first to truly help me understand the complexities of my pain. His ability to explain psychological pain and its connection to my injury was unlike anything I had experienced before. He broke down complicated concepts in a way that made sense and provided clarity, offering insights that no one else had been able to. His approach was compassionate, thorough, and empowering, making me feel truly seen and understood for the first time. What truly sets Luke apart is his empathy and respect for his patients’ experiences. Despite the severity of my pain, which had often made me feel dismissed or misunderstood in the past, Luke never made me feel “crazy” or invalidated. Instead, he fostered a safe environment where I felt comfortable sharing my struggles. He combined his deep knowledge with practical strategies to help me manage my pain more effectively, instilling a renewed sense of hope and confidence in my recovery journey. I cannot recommend Luke highly enough to anyone dealing with chronic pain—his expertise and genuine care make all the difference.

I recently sort treatment for a knee issue and have seen Gianni multiple times. Gianni is a fantastic Physio who takes the time to understand your concerns and works with you, utilising multiple methods that are both engaging and have you feeling great. Whilst Seeing results after each consultation. Would highly recommend!!

Great experience with Gianni at the Biomechanics Footscray and also the staff's warm and supportive that created a comfortable and welcoming environment. He took the time to understand my specific needs and concerns, explaining everything clearly and patiently. The treatment itself was effective, and I noticed significant improvement in my condition.
