Google MapsI joined the box gym to reach my goals. The team has so much experience and the smaller groups make you feel important. They keep me on track with my diet and make me come which is so good as I felt I didn't hold myself accountable. The gym has such a simple flow to it which makes the machines not look intimidating and the staff laugh and have fun with sessions. The sense of community is amazing and everyone wants to make you reach your goals. Best gym ever makes me excited for every session
The Box is an incredible gym. The team has been an amazing support in coaching me, personalising my own fitness journey, listening to my needs and overall just creating an atmosphere where I want to push my self. It truely is an uplifting space, from the coaches to the members. No matter where you are on your fitness journey, the box is the gym to be at, I couldn’t recommend it enough.
The Box Gym has been a total game-changer for me. In the lead-up to a big life shift-three months overseas, work pressure, kids' sicknesses and property chaos-this place has been key. Over the past few months, I’ve dropped body fat from over 20% to 12.3%, kept muscle mass solid around 37–38kg, and brought my waistline down while boosting strength and mental clarity. That’s not just numbers, its a significant lifestyle change. But it’s more than just physical gains. The coaching here is next level. Every coach has shown up with genuine care, sharp advice, and a push when I’ve needed it. Whether it’s managing old injuries, fine-tuning form, or checking in on mindset, these guys have your back. I’ve trained consistently, stayed focused, and enjoyed the grind. The vibe is strong, the programming is smart, and the support is real (inside and outside the gym). If you want a gym that feels like a team and delivers real results, this is it. Thank you, legends. You’ve helped me get leaner, stronger, and mentally sharper—and I’m taking all of that into the next chapter.

Google MapsI joined The Box in October and in less than 3 months have increased my muscle mass by 1.8kg, lost 6cm from my waist and dropped my body fat by 6%. But aside from the obvious outward physical improvements I’ve found a love of training, clearer mindset, better immunity and a great community where it’s fun to get into the gym. The trainers are so supportive and check in often to see how things are tracking and to keep motivation high. This helps maintain consistency and I’ve continued to break personal records. No two training days are the same so it’s always exciting to see what the trainers have put together for each session. Thanks Justin I can’t wait to see what I can achieve in 2025!
I have been training at The Box for six months now and can highly recommend. The knowledge, support and genuine care from the coaches is above and beyond. The regular check-in's help me to stay accountable but it's also just nice to know someone cares about your wellbeing and wants to see you achieve your goals. The smaller class sizes means you receive individual guidance and assistance to ensure you're moving correctly. Plus there is a great community vibe.I can tell there is a lot of thought behind the class structure to ensure growth and keep things interesting to help stay consistent.
