The Box Gym

Before joining The Box, I had a commercial gym membership but rarely used it. From day one, the support here has helped me stay consistent with my training. The coaches are incredible and have really helped me move toward my goals. I’d recommend it to anyone feeling stuck or unmotivated

I have had an awesome experience at The Box and I can’t recommend it enough! Justin the owner truly cares about his clients and their successes. You can really feel the genuine support and encouragement from both the staff and the members. I recently made the decision to restart my fitness journey and I’ve come to realise just how important consistency is in achieving my goals. The Box has provided the perfect environment to help me stay on track. The community vibe is incredible! The gym itself is an amazing space that’s both inviting and motivating. If you’re looking to either begin or restart your fitness journey and maintain consistency I highly recommend The Box!! It’s all about taking that first step and showing up regularly. I’m so excited to see where my commitment will take me!

The Box Gym is amazing! The coaching staff are lovely and they knowedge is amazing. I have learnt so much at this gym and cant recommend it enough. Such a great vibe.

When I first started going to the gym, I felt like a fish out of water. I wasn't sure what exercises would help me achieve my goals, what nutrition choices to make, or how to complete half of the exercises with correct form. I've been training with Redefine me for 3 years and highly recommend it and any of Justin's services, whether it be PT, training programs or online coaching. He has helped my achieve every one of my health and fitness goals and built my confidence over the years. He has great communication, quick to respond and attentive of your goals and needs. Over the years I have gained so much strength and created definition and tone. His programs are easy to follow and use to track your progress. Highly highly recommend Justin/Redefineme no matter where you are in your fitness journey!

The Box was very welcoming and a friendly place to walk into, from bouncing around from gym to gym and finding it hard to stay motivated, Justin and the team have helped me start enjoying the gym and keep the consistency going. Justin is also very involved in check ins and keeping in touch and seeing how you’re going, along with always offering any time to chat. Could not recommend The Box enough!
