The Box Gym

The Box Gym is super welcoming, with supportive coaches and a great community. As someone training through pregnancy, I’ve felt so supported with tailored exercised and guided by a team that genuinely care about form, comfort and building confidence.

I’ve been training at The Box for a year now, and it’s been such a great experience! Justin, Tom, and Tracy are amazing, always welcoming, motivating, and pushing me to be better. Justin really goes the extra mile to help me stay consistent and reach my goals. The group classes are a highlight for me, the community here is so supportive, and it feels like we’re all in it together, lifting each other up. I always leave feeling stronger and more motivated. Best decision I made changing over to the Box! To say it has motivated me and kept me accountable is an understatement! The team at the box is so welcoming and friendly it makes going to the gym less daunting it is a judgement free zone and you can be 100% yourself. The team and The Box set up is amazing you go into classes feeling like you can accomplish what you set out to do. You are surrounded by like minded people who want to see you succeed! In just 6 weeks I saw results that surprised me but also motivated me even more! drop in body % fat and increase in lean muscle. Anyone thinking about it, I would say take the leap. What you get out of it is so worth it!

I gave the box a try after years of having a gym membership and never using it or using it but never accomplishing anything by doing the same old exercises. The Team at the Box run small sessions with plenty of attention from the coaches to make sure form is right and you’re getting the most from everything. No pressure to go hard or go heavy. I’ve seen great weight loss and strength increases in 3 months and am motivated to keep going. The coaches follow up after sessions and the support makes staying motivated easy. I would definitely recommend giving it a try. 3 months has already changed my habits and lifestyle dramatically.

I can’t recommend The Box enough. The environment, coaches and members are all so welcoming and encouraging.
