Google MapsI joined The Box Gym 6 months ago , and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly owner Justin who made me feel welcome and comfortable.The gym itself is spacious, clean, and equipped with a wide range of modern machines and free weights. The supportive environment, excellent facilities, and dedicated staff make it a place I look forward to visiting regularly. If you’re looking for a gym that offers a great balance of equipment, classes, and community, I highly recommend The Box.

Google MapsPrior to joining THE BOX I was struggling with consistency and motivation. After my first session I instantly knew that this was the solution. The friendly environment, ongoing support and challenges made it easier for me to get back on track to reach my goals. The coach Justin is unreal, he explains everything so you feel comfortable and also adjusts his programs to suit everyone. He is also there for any questions you may have regarding the sessions and nutrition. If you’re looking for a new gym I 100% would recommend Justin and THE BOX.

Yet, by joining The Box, I'm following something more structured, doing the exercises correctly (which I thought I knew how to do) and seeing better results. The coaches are all on deck, providing me with technical support that makes all the difference. I would recommend The Box to anyone who is struggling to see results but also wants to learn how to lift correctly and safely.

Google MapsGreat coaches and great atmosphere. The Box is a great supportive community and caters to all fitness levels / fitness journeys. The coaches are educated and helpful. They have helped me improve my nutrition and level up my strength training, with their guidance and support I’ve never felt more energised and strong. They take the time to help you on an individual level. Just over half through this training block and I have already lost 7.8% body fat and gained muscle. Looking forward to continuing my journey with The Box and building the foundation to stop the diet yo yo cycle 💪
