A heartfelt thank you to Nurse Monique from the maternity ward. Her kindness, patience, and professional care made such a difference during my experience. She made me feel comfortable, supported, and well cared for at every moment. I am truly grateful for the care she gave me and my baby. Thank you, Monique, for being so wonderful.

Unlike other low stat reviews I couldn't speak higher of this Hospital hence the 5 Star review. Where I would agree with the low star reviews is that the waiting times can be very lengthy for non emergency cases but I have experienced no difference on this with any public hospital I ever went to over the years.. but understandable regardless if one has to wait for an extended period of time to see someone. However, where it absolutely made my experience a 5 star experience is beyond the waiting times experience. I've been at the Epping Hospital on 3 separate occasions for different reasons over a 7 year period and the experience with all staff on each occasion has been exceptional. All the.. Nurses Doctors Different medical practitioners .. all were absolutely amazing in their care, treatment, communication skills, being really nice, polite, courteous friendly and genuinely wanting and trying to help. This is where the difference was with all my experiences in this hospital differ vs other public hospitals I have gone to over 3 decades from time to time hence the 5 star review.

Although I couldn’t continue my care here due to being close to my due date and already having ongoing appointments, I had a wonderful experience with this hospital. The midwives were amazing, and the reception staff were always friendly and helpful. Every interaction made me feel comfortable and supported. I truly wish I could have continued my care here and highly recommend them to other expecting mothers.

My father was in for an operation, he was in ward 18 and ward 6. The staff and facilities in ward 18 was amazing, staff were so sweet and helpful. Ward 6 was a little older and the staff were a little cold but still nice. Our experience overall was quite a positive one, the food wasn't the best, quite cold for each meal but thats not a big deal. The emergency department here can get VERY busy and you could have an unpleasant experience waiting many hours, but unfortunately this is the reality due to the high demand and pressure on the hospital.

I came in for severe food poisoning and was admitted right away due to my horrifying appearance. I was treated by Shennae (I think that’s how you spell her name). My wife and I absolutely loved her bubbly personality and her solid work ethic. Made me and my wife feel at peace.
