The Royal Melbourne Hospital

I called the hospital today to organise a very peculiar test for my colon surgeon. I spoke to LJ, and I cannot commend her enough for her exceptional customer service. I’ve been dealing with numerous hospitals as of late and you do come across some unhappy/ grumpy people …which is fair enough. But L.j was wonderful and so helpful and I just wanted to publicly thank her for her assistance today.

Words do not express how grateful I am to the amazing skills and professionalism of Professor Kalman and his team at Royal Melbourne. He has given me my life back after escalating symptomatic high burden Atrial Fibrillation. I was treated with great care and generosity. Thank you with all of my heart mind and strength.

My Father was in for a skin cancer an skull surgery. The staff were amazing in explaining what was to happen. They also understood that he has Anxiety whilst in hospital an they have treated him with such gentle care its amazing. The Nurses in Ward 2west should be given a medal with how they have helped him. My Father normally books himself out after two day, but this time around they have made him so comfortable an heard he has stayed in until they have said he can go home. The support they have given my Mother an I has alao been amazing. If he needs more procedures we will.be bringing him to RM Hospital.

I have been a patient on many occasions for almost two years. Having been admitted through ED each visit I have found all staff to be attentive and caring to my situation. I have to give special thanks to the nurses and doctors of the urology department who have looked after me during this difficult time. During the last two weeks I have been a patient with the hospital at home team and again was treated with the utmost care and respect by the most incredible nurses. They made a difficult time easier to cope with and recovery with greater peace of mind. I will be forever grateful to the staff and doctors at the Royal Melbourne Hospital.

Waited 6 hours in ER only for them to take my blood and the nurse ruptured my vein. All the nurses were extremely unempathetic and rude as well. Also one of them broke down crying for no reason. And all these other people that were in seemingly no pain got let through before me. One of the worst experiences of my life.
