Although we didnt have the best of experience when we came the day before, we had a far better experience treatment the day after. Thank you especially for the lovely nurses Tilly, Fae and triage nurse Hanna and all the team involved.

Just got back from RMH after going in for an emergency. Dr. Callum and Dr. Amelia were pleasant, compassionate and caring. The wait in the ER was over 2 hrs, but the care and attention given by the team once inside were commendable. Thank you so much.

I don’t understand why hospitals are not healing environments. You can’t get better without proper nutrition and a healthy environment. This hospital doesn’t have those things. I went in for an ileostomy reversal and they kept me in for 5 days. But had I been rich and been able to afford to have it done in a private hospital they would have sent me home the next day because they don’t want to charge you 3k for unnecessary hospital stay. But because I can’t afford it they keep me longer and in worse conditions. Place doesn’t make sense.

I was transported from Wangaratta hospital by ambulances and plane to RMH on the 12th January to the Cardiology East section and met the wonderful cardiology doctors. I had a very slow pulse and the decision was to place in a pacemaker which was done by a vey skilled and empathetic cardiologist. The nurses in the cardiology section were very caring and in particular "Jess" (Jessica) who went out of her way to make my stay very comfortable, she was skilled in her approach and left my bed and my day much brighter---- a very big thank you Jess and please pass on these sentiments to all above.
